According to an article released today by the National Association of Home Builders, builder confidence has increased for the fourth quarter in a row. This is a good indication of improving economic conditions and housing market. The survey, which has been done monthly for the past 25 years, gathers inputs from builders on upcoming sales expectations. Every component of the survey showed positive movement in August, with increases in current sales conditions and traffic of propsective buyers.
